We were strategically tasked with developing a global brand positioning platform to change the perceptions of Novartis Oncology division from a big pharmaceutical giant to a nimble innovative cancer researcher.  Scope of work included global brand workshops, global research with patients, care givers, physicians and global internal stakeholders, customer journey map, and final brand platform recommendation.
