It will be almost 10 years since the launch of Ready366, and we're thrilled to say we have worked along side amazing partners - from brand and design executives at some of the world’s greatest brands to entrepreneurs with visions of one day having a world-class brand. With that, we're proud to say that in the last 10 years, every project or new client has been a result of repeat business or a personal referral.
Susan has been in the industry for 25 years with past roles in senior executive brand and marketing leadership positions from both the agency side and the corporation side, including Landor, Ogilvy, Pepsi-Cola, Sara Lee and Baxter Healthcare. Companies and brand she has partnered with include SC Johnson, Kraft, FreshDirect, Discovery Channel, IMS Health, Centrum, Zyrtec, Sargento, Dannon, MasterCard, Pfizer, Novartis, Tumi, City of Baltimore and more.
She is equally passionate about uncovering and translating insights into powerful brand ideas as she is about building teams of people who care – about their client’s business, their co-workers and what drives consumers in the real world. Susan is a modern entrepreneur with traditional values, and likes to guide her team to be future-oriented and past conscious.
Head of Strategy & Innovation
Fiona is a brand visionary with over 18 years of branding and innovation experience in CPG, food, spirits, technology, consumer health and an entrepreneurial past in consulting and fashion.
Prior to Ready366, she led strategy, innovation and business engagements at Landor, Fahrenheit 212 and Ogilvy. As start-up, she invented a patentable kids clothing line and a brand-first approach to innovation. Fiona has consulted some of today’s most ambitious brands, such as Diageo/Smirnoff, Nestle, PepsiCo/Starbucks, FreshDirect, Glade, Pfizer, Bayer, GSK, Dannon, Verizon, MasterCard, IBM, Alcoa, and Kraft.
Fiona believes that, in today's world, we compete not on products, features, services or technology. We compete on ideas. It’s ideas that open up new and ownable market space. It’s ideas that can make competition irrelevant and people loyal. That’s why, every day, she works tirelessly to bring together brand strategy, creative and innovation into disruptive ideas that are potent and irresistible.
Mark comes with over 20 years of branding experience and has applied his creative vision and artful hand to some of the world’s most recognized companies and brands around the globe, such as Crown Royal, Smirnoff, Coca-Cola, Starbucks, Johnson & Johnson, GSK, Pampero, Cacique, George Dickel Tennessee Whiskey, PepsiCo, Ypioca, Embraer Executive Jets, Tiger Woods, Reebok, Muhammed Ali, Davidoff, Daimler Chrysler Reebok, Boots, Marks & Spencer and Master Foods.
Having led design at Landor, Force Majeure and the Arnell Group and worked in New York, London and Sydney, he brings a wealth of experience and uniquely diversified perspective to every challenge. Marks’ drive to never settle for “good enough” has defined his work throughout the years and given new momentum to countless brands around the world.

Senior Director Global Strategy & Insights
Kate believes in the power of a meaningful visual and verbal story to transform brands and give them new and ongoing resonance in consumers' hearts and minds. Staying on the pulse of what matters to the consumer lets marketers talk with them instead of to them, ultimately creating brands with relevance for today, and permanence for tomorrow.
Kate's 10+ years of industry experience includes traditional advertising leadership roles at Grey NYC and experiential marketing campaign development and strategy at Momentum Worldwide. She has worked on wide roster of global brands including Bacardi, Glenfiddich, Hendrick's Gin, Hudson Whiskey, Dairy Queen, Glade, Ziploc, Lowe's, Sargento, IMS Health, MasterCard Labs and more.
